University of London Meditation Group

 

Much has been written, videos posted and online discussion about meditation and mindfulness in recent years. A simple search for "mindfulness" on Web of Science yields over 16,000 publication hits. It can be difficult to find your way through all that information. The University of London Meditation Group seeks to clarify that, and provide routes into mindfulness and other meditation practices. We offer guided practice sessions both online and in-person for students, staff and alumni of the University its Colleges and Schools.

The Group is entirely run by volunteers and we do not charge for practice and instruction sessions which are supported by the University of London.
